Why so cruel ? why so Immoral ?

Everyday I sees the FB posts the dog bloody pic, I felt sad...why ? why human can do like this ? this is really bad & cruel, somebody should be standing out for justice,these ppl should be get the punishments...I just can say dog is my lonely frens*
